FAQ
Your questions answered
Which heat pump should I choose?
It depends on the property, insulation, climate, emitters and your routines. A technical visit helps prevent oversizing.
Can I claim MaPrimeRénov’?
Eligibility depends on income, the property and the work. We check the current criteria when quoting.
How many solar panels does my home need?
We assess your electricity use, roof and self-consumption goals rather than applying a standard package.
Can reversible air conditioning heat in winter?
Yes. It is an air-to-air heat pump and can heat efficiently when correctly sized.
Do you bring electrical systems up to standard?
Yes. Cofany works on panels, circuits and required upgrades under NF C 15-100.
What are your lead times?
They vary with season, equipment and the project. Every quote includes a realistic timeframe.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, annual maintenance options are available depending on the equipment.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole Vienne (86), Nouvelle-Aquitaine: Poitiers and its surroundings, Châtellerault, Loudun, Montmorillon, Chauvigny, Civray and nearby towns. For a project near the département border, message us on WhatsApp.
